Analyze the Results

Crack open the Chassi UI and see the Journey, either through the Customer in Single Customer View or by searching for it in the Spaces tab of the Lifecycle.

Path One - Single Customer View

Step 1

For your first step, you will want to open the menu on the top left and select Single Customer View under the API Manager section.

Next we need to navigate into our Customers page by clicking on the Customers link.

Once we are on the Customers page, we will see a list of available customers. Since we created a journey with Example Customer. We want to navigate into that customer's information by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.

Once on the customer's information page, we will see a screen like this. We will need to scroll down to see which Lifecycle's in which this customer has a journey.

In the Lifecycle's section, we can see that there are two lifecycles with journeys associated with this customer. For this example, we only care about Example-Lifecycle and the associated journey... so we will click on that lifecycle journey's information icon.

Step 4

Now we are on the Customer Journey page and here we can see what step the journey is on (which is highlighted) as well as the Journey's history.

Path Two - Customer Lifecycle Spaces Tab

For this first step, you will want to open the menu on the top left and select Customer Lifecycles under the API Manager section.

From there, open the Inventory and select the Edit button (as represented by a pencil icon) next to Example-Lifecycle.

Once we are on the Example-Lifecycle page, we want to navigate to the Spaces tab.

On the Spaces tab, you may see multiple spaces available. For this example, we have circled the application space where we created our journey. Click on the manage icon to open the journeys in this lifecycle.

Since we moved our journey into the Adoption step, it is considered to be an Open Journey, so let's expand that section.

Here we see our open journey, attached to our customer. Now we will click on the View icon to see the journey information.

Like Path 1; we are now on the Customer Journey page and here we can see what step the journey is on (which is highlighted) as well as the Journey's history.
