Update a version of a lifecycle

Updates a specific version of a specific lifecycle in the Definitional Application Space.

Not all properties of a version can be changed once a version is published to any single Operational Application Space.

The version name, step names, WIP limits and cycle times may be updated any time, even after the version is published.

The response reflects the lifecycle version after the update has been saved.

Steps cannot be removed and pathways (next steps) cannot be changed once the Lifecycle Version has been published or has dependancies.
