Delete a specific step definition from a specific lifecycle in the Definitional Application Space. Deletes are only allowed if it is not referenced by any lifecycle version (archived or not). Versions that are published are unable to have any of its referenced step definitions deleted.
Warning, this is a destructive operation that cannot be undone.
