Performs the operation of "publishing" a specific version in a specific lifecycle to specific Operational Application Spaces in the Definitional Application Space.
In other words, you make this endpoint request in the Definitional Application Space and you define which Operational Application Spaces you want the version published to.
If the version is already published to the specified Operational Application Space, it will be silently ignored.
